How does it work?
The bicycle alarm is easy to operate with a wireless remote control. You turn on the alarm by clicking on the round button. After 2 seconds you will hear a confirming beep. Your bike is now secured. If a thief tries to steal your bike, the alarm will first emit a warning sound. Will it stay on your bike? Then the alarm goes off for a longer period of time, until it no longer detects movement.

How do I place the alarm on my bicycle?
You place the alarm on your bicycle with tie-wraps or a mounting set. You pay 5 euros more for the mounting set option (tie-wrap is also supplied). The mounting set only fits round locations. The tie-wraps give you more flexibility in placing the alarm on your bicycle.
How long is the battery life?
The battery lasts 6 months with average use. The alarm will make short beeps when your battery is low. You can then replace the batteries of the alarm (AAA) by opening the back. You do this by first loosening the screw and then opening the box with the blue triangle.

How do I adjust the volume?
There are 3 different sound levels: 80, 100 and 120 decibels. The alarm is set to 120 decibels by default. Do you want to adjust this? Then press and hold the open lock until the blue circle at the top turns off and then turns on again. Then click on the 'lost bicycle' button (bell) at the bottom and choose the desired strength. How do I adjust the sensitivity setting?
There are 7 stages of sensitivity. The default alarm sensitivity tone is 'DO' (highest). Do you want to adjust this? Then press the open lock until the blue circle at the top goes out and then comes on again. Then click on the closed lock at the top. You will now hear the following sensitivity tone (RE, MI, FA, ..). Once you have reached the desired sensitivity, click on the open lock to confirm this chosen sensitivity. What is the return policy?

What is the shipping time?
All orders are shipped from our depot in Nieuwengein. If you order before 10:00 PM, it is very likely that your order will be delivered the next day.
